The stratospheric balloon is a weather balloon that ascends into the stratosphere where it can collect weather data at 40,000 meters. The main idea of the stratosphere learning scenarios is to create a stratosphere balloon with its different elements (e.g. construction of the balloon, electronics, data conversion and analysis). To prepare students piece by piece for construction, there are preparatory learning scenarios to enable students in design, programming, and data skills to build a statospheric balloon under supervision.
