Monitoring of Apulian olive trees

The olive tree in Puglia is an important heritage, around which the region’s economy and various cultural phenomena revolve. It is at risk due to “Xylella”, a bacterium that attacks the plant and produces often lethal alterations. Monitoring this regional heritage could be important for its preservation.
