Reputation management is focused on protecting a brand in the public sphere. The learning scenario is focused on introducing students to the specificities of Reputation Manager in times of social media: creating internal policies and guidelines for employees as they post on social media in official roles and monitoring to ensure all messaging is conducted within the brand’s guidelines, promise and voice. The learning scenario includes an analysis of case studies and a teamwork approach.
